Crown Chile Will Represent Crown Latin America at the Second Annual IQPC Conference

SANTIAGO, CHILE, April 15, 2009—Crown Relocations, a worldwide leader of global mobility, domestic and international transportation of household goods, and departure and destination services, will sponsor and take part in the second annual Talent Management Summit organized by the International Quality & Productivity Centre (IQPC).

A welcome reception begins May 26 at 8:30 a.m., at the Radisson Plaza Santiago Hotel, Av. Vitacura 2610, Las Condes, in Santiago, Chile and the event ends May 28 at 6:30 p.m.

Crown is one of 14 globally successful companies that will be represented at the summit to explore subjects such as talent development, attraction and retention, and risk minimization. The 2008 conference was extremely well received and organizers are expecting one equally as beneficial this year.

Beginning at 9 a.m., May 26, Raphael Bättig, director of Sales, Crown, Latin America, will conduct a workshop, covering the topic, "Retention and Retraction of International Talents." Between 40 and 60 Human Resources professionals will attend and be briefed on the reasons for, and management of, expatriation; repatriation; retaining and developing talent; and the importance of adapting socially and culturally—through the eyes of a relocator.
