Crown Worldwide Announces New Facility in Las Vegas

Crown Worldwide's newest facility will be officially open for business on December 1, 2006. Las Vegas, Nevada, USA, known as the "City of Lights" and the "Entertainment Capital of the World," Las Vegas is one of the fastest-growing cities in the country. It is one of the world's top convention destinations and is home to scores of technology companies, hotels, casinos and restaurants.

Scott Lax, a Crown employee since June 2001, has been appointed General Manager of the new facility. Scott has considerable industry experience as an Origin/Destination Agent and previously worked as a Global Account Manager with Crown.

CEO for the Americas Brian Valentine said, "The branch will provide the full range of services that Crown offers with the key focus in the Las Vegas market being our Logistics Division and the FF&E product. With a substantial warehouse and entree into so many valuable clients already from our business in the U.S., we firmly believe we have the raw ingredients to be successful in Las Vegas."
The Crown Las Vegas office will be located in the Henderson Commerce Center IV at 7390 Eastgate Road in Henderson, Nevada. The facility contains a total of 27,840 square feet, with more than 25,000 square feet of warehouse space.
