    Crown Announces Group Vice President of Records Management

    Hong Kong – Crown Worldwide, a global leader of international transportation and business information storage services, recently announced Philip Britton as Group Vice President of Records Management.


    In his new role, Mr. Britton will be active in rolling out new technology systems to Crown’s 200 Management Centers, including CrownInteract, a fully customizable, web-based system that enables clients to access all of their records management information, in virtually any format they require. Upgraded image processing and hosting services are also being rolled out to support clients’ data archiving and regulatory compliance needs.

    Mr. Britton will also partner with Crown’s in-house IT department in the development of a new Account Relationship Management tool. Crown’s Account Managers are able to use the new tool to respond faster and more accurately to complex, multi-country rate requests and provide global, regional and local reports.

    Mr. Britton, a British National, holds a BA Hons from the University of London. With 15 years of experience in the industry, another important aspect of his role is to share best practices such as Health & Safety, customer feedback procedures and operational efficiencies, including ISO processes and Management Center security systems.
