PRESS RELEASE FOR IMMEDIATE RELEASE CROWN SHANGHAI BREAKS GROUND ON PHASE II OF NEW FACILITY Crown Begins Construction of Shanghai's Second Office and Warehouse Complex SHANGHAI, Feb. 22, 2008 -- Crown Worldwide Group, a worldwide leader of global mobility, relocation services, transportation, storage and logistics, has begun construction of the second phase of its Shanghai office and warehouse facility. A ground-breaking ceremony took place on January 8 with 45 guests, including client representatives and Crown suppliers. Jim Thompson, Founder and Chairman of Crown Worldwide Group gave the welcome speech accompanied by the Director or Futurity Island Mr. Wong Da Ming who also addressed the attendees. Thompson stated: "The continuing success of Crown's business in Shanghai has allowed us to begin phase two of our modern warehouse complex well ahead of plan. The second phase will incorporate many new features that will accommodate our logistics clients as well as our Fine Arts and Wine Cellaring clients. We're delighted to see our business in China grow at such a dynamic pace". The second phase is being built adjacent to the existing building located on Sui De Road in the northwest Logistic and Development Zone of Shanghai. Completion of the project is set for the first quarter of 2009. The new building will house all of Crown's divisions: Relocations, Records Management, Logistics, Fine Arts and Wine Cellar. The existing building was opened in May 2005, and is an 8,000 square-meter facility with 6,800 square meter of warehouse space. The second phase will be of similar dimensions. This first construction was the start of a growth and development campaign that will result in other state-of-the-art facilities opening in China. Most recently, the Beijing Ultracenter had its grand opening and is now fully operational.
