Donna Berlges has been working with Crown Relocations since 2006. She was introduced to the relocation industry in 1982, which makes her a 25-year industry veteran. Her experience is extensive and includes developing a national rental property network, creating strategic information on business planning and competitive analysis and building corporate communications and benefits strategies.
Donna has initiated and executed process mapping and design for the development of service delivery models, developed an International Policy guideline for Canadian corporate clients and designed and delivered training modules on customer service, process and leadership. Donna also successfully ran her own relocation consulting business, DGB Consulting Services, which provided global and domestic relocation and real estate solutions to the corporate sector and the relocation services industry.
In her current role as National Director for Global Mobility Services, Donna is responsible for all aspects of the GMS business for Crown Canada including product development, training, service delivery and business development. She oversees a team of Mobility Consultants and Account Managers delivering a wide range of domestic and international relocation services.
Donna was born in the former Yugoslavia and immigrated to Canada as a child. She attended Centennial College, has completed the Appraisal Course offered by the Appraisal Institute of Canada (AACI), is a licensed Real Estate Broker, a Notary Public in Ontario and is fluent in the Serbo-Croatian languages. Donna is a regular speaker at industry related conferences and contributing writer to industry media.
