Heidi has more than 20 years of experience in the corporate and service industries including corporate relocation, real estate, law, private banking and small business administration. She joined Crown's Montreal office in 2007 with more than 11 years of specific relocation experience, and has served as Account Manager, Mobility Consultant and more recently Implementation Manager.
Heidi's strength lies in her analytical and organizational abilities. She possesses expertise in customer service excellence, operational streamlining, organizational change management and quality assurance practices, which have provided proven results to her clients.
Heidi has participated in professional development courses including: Tremplin Professional Development, Canadian Securities Course and Real Estate Sales Programs. Additionally, Heidi attended and graduated from Crown University, a management training program.
Heidi is fluent in both written and spoken English and French, and also speaks some Hebrew, Italian and German. She will assist Crown’s French speaking transferees who are moving internationally.
