Michelle has approximately six years experience in the relocation industry in client and customer relations. She joined Crown in 2006 as Account Manager. As a Senior Account Manager, Michelle is responsible for Crown Canada’s existing client relationships. Her duties include identifying and consulting with corporate stakeholders on the best and most efficient way to meet their needs, within the context of standard industry.
Michelle is a highly visible member of the Crown team and is responsible for setting and maintaining a professional standard of behavior within our internal and external contracts.
Michelle has much international living experience having spent 3 years in Australia studying and two years living in Chile. She holds an Honours Bachelor of Arts degree in Geography, Urban Development from The University of Western Ontario. She obtained her Masters degree in International Relocations at Macquarie University, Sydney, Australia and was an exchange student at Edith Cowan University, in Perth, Australia. She recently earned a Certificate in Spanish from the University of Toronto, School of Continuing Studies.
Michelle taught English to employees of multinational corporations in Santiago, Chile where she mastered the Spanish language. She is a graduate of Crown University and is currently attending Centennial College where she is pursuing her CERP (Canadian ERC Relocation Specialist) designation.
