Tricia is an accomplished and highly respected, account management professional with 28 years of experience, of which the last 10 years have been in the mobility industry. She has held senior positions with other mobility service providers.
Tricia specializes in managing Fortune 500 clients in Canada and the US. This persuasive communicator has a proven track record of delighting and retaining key customers. Her strengths lie in her strong communication skills and her ability to identify, develop and advance corporate client strategic objectives. Tricia builds effective working relationships with all her clients.
Tricia has extensive experience in reviewing and consulting on client relocation policies for Canadian and Cross Border needs that ensure a more seamless service delivery model for cross border clients. In her capacity as account manager at Crown Tricia is also responsible for international accounts on a global basis.
Tricia obtained her Global Mobility Specialist designation from Worldwide ERC® in 2002 and her Canadian Relocation Specialist designation from CERC in 2004. She studied Business Management at York University in Toronto and Advanced Marketing at Cranfield University in Cranfield, England. Tricia is also fluent in German.
