Nike Gets an Introduction to Global Passport^® and IRC

Crown's Nike team in the Netherlands invited their contacts from Nike Europe's headquarters to Crown Amsterdam for an introduction to Global Passport^® and Intercultural Readiness Check (IRC).

Crown Amsterdam, trainer Caroline Boogaardt and Nicola Weinert, of Crown London, created an interesting and successful program for their guests, Nienke Lut, Ellis Wierks, Rossella Villardo and Yngvild Valvik.

Crown Amsterdam treats Nike representatives to lunch

It was a win-win situation. Nike's HR representatives experienced Global Passport^® and IRC training and now fully understand the added value that Global Passport^® together with IRC will bring to their employees. The Crown/Nike team was able to show them their office and spend some quality time with them.

After the training the Nike visitors were taken out by the Crown team, to enjoy a nice lunch in the spring sunshine. As a token of their appreciation Nike brought every Crown team member the official Dutch World Cup cap (Nike is sponsor of the KNVB, the Dutch Football Association). Naturally, the cap is orange, the color of the Dutch team.
