Relocation Program
The Global Passport relocation program provides strategies for all members of the family to help them cope with cultural changes with regard to both the professional and personal aspects of an international assignment.
The program helps transferees develop the essential skills needed to become effective in their new environment while at the same time build upon their current abilities by equipping them with additional skills, knowledge and techniques to operate in a multi-cultural situation. The program offers highly flexible options such as:
- A one day face-to-face workshop to provide personal attention and targeted intercultural training needs
- Workshops held at local destinations throughout the Asia-Pacific and EMEA region
- Workshops for one to four individual transferees, couples or families
Going Home
The "Global Passport - Going Home" program is designed to assist transferees and their family, understand and cope with common repatriation challenges. The main objectives being to streamline the return process, motivate the transferee and increase assignee retention rates. The program is ideally supported by proactive career management at the corporate employer level. The program flexible options include:
- A one day face-to-face workshop to provide personal attention and targeted intercultural training needs
- Workshops held at local destinations throughout the Asia-Pacific region
Working Across Cultures

Crown Relocations’ experienced training teams are able to deliver group training programs through discussion, activities, role playing and case studies to ensure engagement and practical learning. Content for a One Day or Two Day Program will be developed in consultation with the corporate client.
Young Professionals Working Overseas
For the young Asian professional, working overseas for the first time can be an exciting and challenging prospect. Not only must they cope with personal transition issues, including culture shock and homesickness, but they must learn to operate effectively and professionally in workplace situations which may be very different from their limited, home-based work experience.
The training programs are delivered through discussion, activities, role playing and case studies to ensure engagement and practical learning. Content for a One Day or Two Day Program will be developed in consultation with the corporate client.
Intercultural Training for Call Centers
Working within a set program framework, the training curriculum is customized for each client, Call Center or Shared Service Center’s needs to support customers of different cultures. Crown's Intercultural Training for Call Centers program uses both the "native" culture and the "customer" culture to evaluate and demonstrate cultural and communication differences, best practices in virtual communication and recommend ways to avoid possible tensions and miscommunications.
The training programs are delivered through cultural briefings, discussions, case studies and exercises to ensure engagement and practical learning. Content for a Half Day or One Day Program will be developed and customized in consultation with the corporate client.
Intercultural Readiness Check Online Assessment
The Intercultural Readiness Check (IRC) is a professionally developed, valid, and reliable online tool for intercultural self-assessment. Four vital intercultural competencies:
intercultural sensitivity, intercultural communication, building commitment, and managing uncertainty, are assessed by means of a detailed questionnaire and individual written feedback. A debriefing call with one of Crown's intercultural experts will provide further analysis and constructively advise the participant on existing strengths and developmental areas for each competency.
