Candidate Assessment
Crown’s Candidate Assessment program includes a Self-Assessment Questionnaire which solicits feedback from employees and partners on their suitability to take on an international assignment. The program also includes A Family Decision-Making Day, which is designed to provide candidates with a confidential, objective consultation on whether an international assignment is appropriate for them. Finally, a Personal Cross-Cultural Assessment takes place, where participants complete a personal assessment of their cross-cultural competence.
Intercultural Training: Global Passport®
Global Passport® is a unique intercultural training program developed exclusively by Crown Relocations. Global Passport® was developed to help transferees adapt to their new environments and quickly become productive in their new roles.
Global Passport® services include specialized training for relocations, repatriations, group needs, young professionals, spouses/partners and families, to help them cope with cultural conflicts in all aspects of their lives - both professionally and personally. Language Training
Utilizing a network of language specialists, Crown offers customized training for the entire family in both the departure and destination locations. Role-playing and online interactive courses assures that the desired level of proficiency is achieved and that the individuals’ learning styles are accommodated.
