Crown Relocations Ranks Highest in Destination Services
J.D. Power and Associates 2008 Corporate Relocation Transferee Satisfaction Study Reveals Crown Among the Best
DALLAS, Sept. 22, 2008—Crown Relocations, a worldwide leader of global mobility, domestic and international transportation of household goods, and departure and destination services, is ranked highest for Destination Services, according to a study by J.D. Power and Associates.
In a press release issued by J.D. Power and Associates, Crown was named as the relocation company with best performance for Destination Services. J.D. Power and Associates indicated that its study is the only source of independent, unbiased customer satisfaction information on relocation service providers, and is based on evaluations from transferees who were relocated to a destination within the United States, in the past 12 months.
In their announcement, their Customer Satisfaction Index ranking showed the market average at 708 (based on a 1,000 point scale) and Crown Relocations' at 725. The highest score for any company included in the index is 744. Of the six factors J.D. Power and Associates said it considered in the study (destination services; non-moving related services; packing services; relocation counselor; selling of prior residence; and transportation of belongings), Crown received the highest score in Destination Services.
This study focused on domestic moves, but Crown extends its services internationally.
