Gous Miah, from the travel & Movements Unit of the Foreign & Commonwealth Office (FCO) in London acknowledged Samantha Chapman's dedication, “As you know I’ve been working in TMS for nearly three years now and I would like to take this opportunity to highlight just how much we value and appreciate the efforts that Samantha (Sam) Chapman puts into the accounts, particularly the immaculate manner of her invoicing over the past three years. I must say, since taking on the HB contract, Crown, from my recollection, have always sent us invoices which are almost always 100 percent accurate. Your billing is consistently the most clear and easiest to input (and that’s some achievement when you consider the volume of bills you’ve sent through to us and more importantly, it also worked in harmony with Prism!). “During my tour here, on the accounting side of things, I honestly can’t think of an incident, where we’ve encountered a major problem or error with your invoices batches. This really has made my job much easier. I think it’s very fair to say that a lot of this is thanks to Sam Chapman.”
