New Zealand Earns "2008 Customer Satisfaction Award"

The Crown Worldwide Group announced that Crown New Zealand received the highest "Customer Satisfaction Scores" from its customers and have subsequently been announced as the winner of the 2008 "Customer Satisfaction" Award.

All of Crown's relocating customers are asked to complete a survey following their move. The results of these surveys are compiled and evaluated by Crown's centralized Quality Assurance group and are used to measure customer satisfaction among Crown's customers across the world. The results from each of Crown's worldwide locations are compared to establish global benchmarks and set standards for improvements.

Each year, the "Customer Satisfaction" award is given to the Crown location that achieves the highest scores on the "Customer Feedback" section of the survey: the MSQS (Moving Services Quality Score). It recognizes those who go "above and beyond the call of duty" to "delight the customer."
