Leadership Journey
The Crown Worldwide Group is proud to introduce a new Leadership Development program "Crown's Leadership Journey," in consultation with Hemsley Fraser, a leading provider of continuing professional development.

Maintaining a professionally attractive organizational culture is one of Crown's five core values. Crown has created an environment which fosters satisfied, productive staff and actively supports employee development. Being a worldwide network with over 180 offices, with globally connected operating systems, Crown is able to standardize and deliver consistent training, worldwide.
The worldwide staff is trained on the same systems and held to the same high standards of service delivery. Training efforts ensure that all employees are clear about their roles, and have the skills, tools and knowledge that is necessary to carry out their roles within the organization. All of Crown’s training efforts are hosted under the umbrella of Crown University, providing a variety of training methods such as facilitator-led workshops, on-the-job training and Crown’s proprietary eLearning program, CU-Online.
Group vice president of learning & development Norah Franchetti, who is managing the program commented, "In line with our people development core value, I am happy to announce Crown's leadership development programme, 'Leadership Journey.' In every business there is a new 'norm' and companies, leaders and staff must be the 'best they can' to ensure they meet the challenges of the new environment and continue to be successful in their business."
Leadership Development focuses on the process of building leadership qualities within individuals such as enhancing interpersonal skills, communicating effectively, as well as the ability to share, discuss, organize and encourage other individuals within the group through positive social influences. Twenty of Crown's best and brightest managers have been selected for the first "Leadership Journey" program and their training is now underway. The program will continue for six months and will encompass classroom sessions, business related projects, Webinar skill sessions, case studies and personal competency surveys.
Crown remains committed to its growth and continues to re-invest in its facilities, its network, its technologies, its communities and in its greatest asset-- its people.
