Scottish born Norah Franchetti, joined Crown Worldwide 26 years ago and has held a wide range of business development and general management positions, with postings in Asia, UK, Europe and the United States.
She is currently the Vice President for Learning & Development and under the "Crown University" umbrella, she defines the global training and development strategies and delivers in-person workshops to the worldwide staff including Business Development Managers and Account Managers as well as leadership workshops to the Group Managers. Norah is a regular conference speaker in her areas of expertise which include her many experiences from traveling and working in over 50 countries.
Franchetti graduated from Napier University, Edinburgh, Scotland, with a Higher National Diploma (HND) in Business Studies. She currently lives in California.
