About Crown Relocations in the Philippines
Crown has been managing relocation programs and moving services since 1965. With a truly global network of over 250 locations in 55 countries, our clients rely on Crown for consistent and well-coordinated mobility services. Crown Relocations has been present with an office in Manila since 1997.
Crown Manila handles hundreds of moves per year into, out of and around the Philippines for a variety of individuals, multinational companies, governments, NGOs and academic institutions. Crown Manila is particularly well known for its assistance with clients' canine and feline family members. Rina Villar, sales manager, is considered an Expert in relocating pets and helps the customer every step of the way.

Our warehouses are located half-way between Makati and Alabang on the South Super Highway. The secure facility is exclusive to Crown and has over 6,000sq meters of warehouse space, with both climate controlled and normal storage.

Crown has earned ISO (International Standards Organization) certification in the majority of its worldwide locations and created a system that is built on ISO processes. External quality audits twice a year ensures that the written standards are upheld and that Crown’s customers continually receive high quality service.
QUEST is our formal Quality Management program. The program is centrally managed by a Quality Assurance Group and is linked to worldwide recognition and reward programs. The program provides globally consistent quality assurance procedures, incorporates formal feedback processes and client-customized Service Level Agreements, as well as automated measurement and exceptions reporting. Crown Manila strives to provide the highest level of service to our clients and feedback is encouraged and actively sought after. It is not unusual to have a top level manager, including the general manager, do job checks to ensure that proper procedures are followed and our clients are comfortable with the timing, flow, and procedure of the packing, and the professionalism of our packers. Assistance with filling out the necessary paperwork is often addressed at the job check or in separate meetings between the client and their consultant.
