Shan Norman's international mobility career started in 1989. She began in the U.K. as a Client Services Manager on the U.K. Domestic Relocation side of the business. In the mid 1990's, Shan found herself relocating to Hong Kong, where she continued her work in the relocation industry.
In 2000, Shan joined Crown Relocations and after being posted in Brussels for several years, made her way back to the U.K. Shan Norman is now Regional Director of Gobal Mobility Services for EMEA. In this capacity, she is responsible for Crown EMEA's relocation management business as well as Crown's GMS Service Centers in Europe and Middle East (London, Amsterdam, Dubai, Paris and Basel).
