Tim Hutton has been employed by Crown since 1986, starting in Auckland, New Zealand. Relocating twice domestically and once internationally with Crown, he is now based in Los Angeles, CA. His business area covers the Western Region of the United States.
Mr. Hutton has been involved with Customer Service, Account Management and Business Development from the beginning of his career with Crown, specializing in household goods and relocation (mobility) services.
Early in his career, Mr. Hutton was involved with the formulation and implementation of an innovative account development program, initially in New Zealand and Australia -- known as the "Corporate Services Program." This program was adopted by the remainder of the Crown company offices during the early 1990's and is still one of the core business development disciplines of the Crown organization today.
Mr. Hutton attained "CRP" (Certified Relocation Professional) designation in 2005 through the Worldwide ERC®. Prior to joining Crown, he worked for 13 years in supervisory and key account management positions in customer service oriented organizations.
