Evaluate

The results of customer feedback, and internal and external audits, are analyzed by the Quality Assurance Group. If required, new standards are put in place.
These standards include:
  • Training needs

  • Upgrades to technology systems

  • Review of service partners
The QUEST Quality Management Program's approach to standardizing quality systems and procedures through ISO principles, and leveraging Crown's wholly-owned, global network is what makes QUEST unique.
