Moving to Leeds

Located in the heart of the UK, the historic market town of Leeds has swelled over the centuries to become the UK’s fourth-largest city and the UK's most thriving business, legal, and financial services hub outside of London.

A pleasant city in which to live, Leeds offers a comfortable residential blend of stylish and modern alongside Victorian elegance. Its low real estate costs, despite the fact that it has more listed buildings than the majority of UK cities, make it a popular destination for businesses and students alike. Settling in Leeds is a breeze, as the city accommodates almost every taste.

Football and rugby fans can find their fix at the city’s world class Elland Road and Headingley Stadiums. Shopaholics will relish the city’s numerous, modern retail complexes such as the Victoria Quarter and Clarence Dock. Social animals can head to the Electric Press - just one of the city’s many fabulous venues - for a night of great food, bars and theatre. If you are in need of some time out, this compact city is only a few miles from the breathtaking countryside of Yorkshire, with its inspiring moorlands and stunning coastline. Leeds is also well connected to the motorway network and has the busiest train station outside London. Leeds Bradford International Airport offers connections worldwide.
