What types of schools do most expats in your city choose for their children?

Most expats in Chengdu send their children to international schools. Classroom sizes in most public schools tend to be very high and classes taught entirely in Chinese. The one exception is Meishi International School which is technically a local school but with a separate international school attached.

It may be interesting for you to note that by law Chinese nationals are not allowed to enroll their children in international schools.
