How well-equipped is this city for those raising infants/toddlers? Specifically, are there public places to change diapers, maintained playgrounds, etc?
Mumbai is a vibrant, dynamic city with many working couples. This means that the children are left to the care of grandparents, nannies and creches. There are no public areas to change diapers; parents do these activities in the washrooms of hotels, malls, etc. There are parks throughout the city; these are popular places to spend the day and get some fresh air.
