Terms and Conditions


  1. The Crown Relocations Exclusive Hotel Gift Voucher Promotion (“Promotion”) is organized by Crown Worldwide Limited in Bangkok, Thailand (Business Registration No. 105551018082) (herein referred to as “Crown”) and is governed by these terms and conditions and any subsequent accompanying Promotion details provided by Crown.
  2. The Promotion Period is from 1 October 2018 (12:01AM) to 15 December 2018 (11:59PM) both dates inclusive, which can be extended by Crown without prior notice (“Promotion Period”).
  3. The Promotion is available ONLY to Crown private individual customers (“Customers”) who book their international relocations from or to Thailand, excluding local and domestic moves (controlled by Crown’s office in Thailand) within the Promotion Period as stated in Clause 2 above, except:
    1. Permanent and/or contract employees (“Employees”) of Crown and its affiliates and their immediate family members i.e. spouses, children, parents, brothers and sisters (“Immediate Family Members”);
    2. b. Employees of any corporate client of Crown and their Immediate Family Members where (i) the corporate client has an existing contract or business arrangement with Crown at the time the relocation services were booked with Crown; and/or (ii) whose relocation is, fully or partially, funded or paid by the corporate client; 
    3. Service providers engaged by Crown and its affiliates (including but not limited to advertising agencies, promotion agencies, printing companies and event management agencies), and their Employees and Immediate Family Members.
  4. To be eligible for the Promotion , the Customers must:
    1. Book a relocation from or to Thailand (excluding local and domestic moves) with Crown as the controlling office within the Promotion Period and make full payment to Crown for the relocation ; and
    2. Have a minimum spend of THB 120,000.00 in the relocation charges, including transit protection charges, customs duties, levies and any other fees or taxes paid/payable to government departments, for the booked relocation services.
  5. The Promotion cannot be used in conjunction with any other promotions, offers, privileges or discounts, unless otherwise agreed by Crown.
  6. The following terms and conditions apply to the Promotion:
    1. Customers who are eligible for the Promotion will be notified by Crown and will receive a gift voucher for a 2 day 1 night stay at a 5-star hotel in Bangkok for 2 persons (“Gift Voucher”).
    2. Unless self-collection is requested by the eligible Customer, arrangements will be made for delivery of the same Customers.
    3. In cases where an eligible Customer has requested self-collection of the Gift Voucher, the Gift Voucher must be collected from Crown’s office in Bangkok within thirty (30) days from the date of Crown’s email. In the event a Customer fails to or is unable to collect the Gift Voucher within the said thirty (30) day period, the uncollected Gift Voucher may be forfeited at Crown’s sole discretion. Cash or other consideration will not be awarded in lieu of the Gift Voucher.
    4. Crown reserves the right to substitute the Gift Voucher with any other gift of similar value at any time without prior notice.
    5. The Gift Voucher is not exchangeable for cash, credit or kind.
    6. Crown will not be held liable for any losses or damages that may occur in connection with or as a result of the redemption or use of the Gift Voucher.
    7. Crown is not an agent of the issuer of the Gift Voucher. Use or redemption of any Gift Voucher would be subject to the terms and conditions of the Gift Voucher and shall be between the Customers and the issuer of the Gift Voucher. To the fullest extent permitted by law, there are no, and Crown expressly excludes and disclaims any representations, warranties, or endorsements, express or implied, written or oral, including but not limited to, any warranty of quality, merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose in respect of the Gift Voucher. Crown shall not be liable for any loss or damage arising from or in connection with any dispute that may arise between the Customers and the issuer, service provider, supplier or distributor of the Gift Voucher.
    8. Crown shall not be obliged to recognize or replace any expired, lost, damaged or stolen Gift Voucher.
  7. By participating in this Promotion and accepting any item or Gift Voucher in connection with this Promotion, the Customers agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.
  8. All Crown’s decision on all matters for this Promotion, including but not limited to the eligibility of the Customers for the Promotion or in the event of any dispute, shall be final and binding and no correspondence or appeals shall be entertained.
  9. Crown reserves the right to cancel, terminate or suspend this Promotion with or without any prior notice. For the avoidance of doubt, cancellation, termination or suspension by Crown of this Promotion shall not entitle any party to any claim or compensation against Crown for any and all losses or damage suffered or incurred by any party as a direct or indirect result of the act of cancellation, termination or suspension.
  10. In no event will Crown be liable for any loss or damages, including without limitation, loss of income, profits or goodwill, direct or indirect, incidental, consequential, exemplary, punitive or special damages of any part including third parties howsoever arising whether in contract, tort, negligence or otherwise, in connection with this Promotion, even if Crown has been advised of the possibility of such damages in advance, and all such damages are expressly excluded.
  11. All product names, company names, marks, logos, and symbols or trademarks however appearing in connection with this Promotion or on the Gift Voucher are intellectual property belonging to their respective owners and Crown does not hold-out that it is related, associated or that it has any commercial dealings with the said owners nor their licensees other than for the purpose of this Promotion.
  12. All Customers shall be personally responsible for all taxes, rates, government fees or any other charges that may be levied against them under applicable laws, if any, in relation to this Promotion.
  13. Crown reserves the right at its absolute discretion to amend, delete or add to any of these Terms and Conditions from time to time without prior notice.
  14. These Terms and Conditions, as the same maybe amended from time to time pursuant to the above clause, shall prevail over any provisions or representations contained in any other promotional material advertising this Promotion.

    1. In connection with this Promotion and the management and administration of the Promotion, it is necessary for Crown to collect and process certain personal data relating to the eligible Customers. The types of personal data that Crown collects, may include, but is not limited to, such Customers’ personal details (such as name, identification details and nationality) and contact details (such as addresses for delivery, email address, phone and fax numbers). Crown shall take reasonable precautions to keep the personal data secure.
    2. By participating in this Promotion and/or redeeming or accepting the Gift Voucher, the Customer consents to the use and processing of his/her personal data in the manner set out in this clause 16 and Crown’s privacy statement. Crown’s complete privacy statement, is accessible at
    3. Any Customer may withdraw his/her consent at any time and request that Crown stops using his/her personal data for the purposes of this Promotion, in which case the said Customer’s personal data will not be used and the Gift Voucher will not be offered and/or provided to the Customer.
  17. These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by, and construed in accordance with, the laws of Thailand and subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Thailand.
