Americas Employee of the Year sets sights high

Tracy French, Senior Move Manager, San Francisco, has been named 2013 Americas Employee of the Year at Crown Relocations. Ken Madrid, Chief Executive Officer - Asia Pacific, made the announcement on March 14 in a live conference call to all staff.
Tracy has been with Crown Relocations for 14 years and has 25 years’ experience in the industry. Her colleagues consider her a relocations expert, a co-worker who offers valuable support and knowledge.
Scott Lax, General Manager - San Francisco, noted, "Tracy has been the backbone of the San Francisco operation. She shares her knowledge and shows respect for all of her colleagues. Tracy exemplifies the values and philosophy that co-workers respect and Crown hopes all its employees achieve."
Tracy says that she loves the variety of her work; every move is different and each client’s needs are different and she likes to rise to the challenge to ensure every move is successful. She aims to be pro-active instead of reactive, relying on her experience to anticipate any possible obstacles to prevent issues.
