What are the items that I should bring with me because they’re not available (or are too expensive) where I am going?
Generally everything is available in Bahrain. Prices are expected to be a little higher than what you would pay in your home country but it is not significant. Food (including fruit and vegetables) is imported from the UK, Europe, USA, Australia, New Zealand, India and many other countries. There is a wide selection of clothing stores, both local labels and international, which are fully up to date with all the latest fashions. Kitchenware, linens, appliances, electrical items, tools and furniture are all readily available.
