If you have medication that must be taken on a regular basis, you should take them with you. You won't be familiar with medical care practitioners right away, so will not be able to replace them.

What grocery stores do expats in your city shop at?
Expats, like the locals, shop at whichever store has the product they are looking for. Some products (pork, shellfish and alcohol) are restricted in this country so expats shop at the stores that can provide the items they want.
Some stores you'll see are Carrefour, Azizia Panda and Farm Superstore.

There are many stores (in and outside of malls) that will supply all your daily needs. It depends on your budget, proximity to your location and taste.
