Taipei Networking

How close-knit is the expat community in this area? How do I get involved with it?
Different parts of the expat community are extremely close, though mixing among groups is more difficult. This is more because the expat community is relatively small, making different kinds of people harder to meet, rather than because the groups act exclusively.

Meet one new person, and you are likely to be introduced to the group they are a representative of. The more people you meet, the greater chance you have of being introduced to different groups.
