Tianjin Accommodation

What are the top factors to keep in mind when searching for a place to live in your city?
Safety, security and convenience to amenities, such as supermarkets, are top concerns. In addition, many want to be close to a local expat community, work or school. There are a few residential areas in Tianjin where most expats live, which makes it easier to make new friends near your home. Check for ongoing construction in the area, as the work will likely take place around the clock and the noise can be disturbing in the morning and on weekends.
