Our primary concern will always be the safety and well-being of our employees and customers. We have reviewed our service delivery methods to make sure that we are reducing any risk. Virtual consultations To adhere to social distancing guidelines we would like to encourage the use of our virtual consultations to support your move. Virtual consultations are a way for our consultants to create a detailed service proposal without entering your property. The trained consultant will video call you and itemise what you would like shipped. Through the video call they will also be able to assess any items that need additional protection as well as answer any of your questions. You can find out more about our virtual consultations by clicking here. Packing day For the foreseeable future our staff will be wearing masks and gloves whilst inside your property. With your permission they will also use your facilities to wash their hands frequently throughout the day. If you would like to further reduce contact with our packing teams we can provide you with the packing materials in advance to box the items yourself. If anyone in your household is showing symptoms of COVID-19 please contact your move manager who will be able to move your packing date to a later date. Flexible move dates We are aware that borders are closing and re-opening all the time. If you would like to push your move date back to later in the year our team will be happy to co-ordinate this with you. Alternatively, if you are unsure on the best course of action please contact one of our advisors who will be able to offer you guidance. Storage We do have storage solutions available if you would like to postpone moving your items but are continuing with your international move.
