Our traditional virtual consultation – perfect for those who need that extra bit of attention.

Reduce typical moving wait times and schedule a video consultation with one of our Crown consultants. A Crown consultant will walk you through sign-on, and then, over video chat, you will walk them through your home. The consultant will also speak to you about important things you need to know, whether you’re moving locally or internationally.

Following our partnership with Yembo, customers also have the option to complete a guided self-survey of their home in their own time – ideal for those with smaller-volume moves, or with tight schedules.
