Relocating is a big deal. At Crown Relocations, we take the quality of our service and the personal care of our clients seriously. Although we have checks in place to ensure exceptional service at every stage of the relocation process, nothing says “outstanding service” as well as hearing it directly from our clients.

"I want to thank you, Christelle and Martial, for your professional and courteous assistance in setting up the contract and for administering the details of our complex move. Moreover, we want to especially thank the shipping crew that picked up our furniture and made the double delivery. The delivery to Northern Italy was a bit tricky in that the road to the house was closed. Thankfully re-opened when the delivery date arrived. The crew delivered the furniture very efficiently, took pieces of furniture up 2-3 flights of stairs and assembled the furniture in good time. The only “accident” was caused by me when I opened the glass-plated door into the courtyard. The door flew from my hand and smashed. The bright side of this episode was that the single plate glass was replaced for a more secure one! The true worth of the shipping crew happened the next day when they delivered the rest of the furniture, including two pieces that were quite heavy, to our 4th floor apartment, 200 km away. When they got there we found out that the condominium rules prohibited the use of the small elevator to transport goods up and down the building. I was unaware of this rule, but the crew took it in their stride and man-handled everything up 4 flights of stairs! To make matters worse for them, the shelving boards that I had indicated to be placed in the cellar were mistakenly labelled “bibliotheque” and were carried up to the apartment as well. Having noticed this error, the lads then had to take them all down the stairs. The only other complication was that we were unable to enter the desk in the studio due to the narrowness of the door and a cross-bar supporting the legs of the desk. We finally had to find a local furniture restorer who was able to saw through this cross-bar a week later and help me move the desk into the studio… The shipping crew certainly deserved the substantial tip we gave them and it would make us very happy if you can send a copy of this note to their boss with our thanks and appreciation for their strength and willingness to help! Again, thank you at Crown Removals."
