Crown Germany becomes a sponsor of Special Olympics in Hessen

Crown Worldwide Germany is proud to be sponsoring the initiative Special Olympics for the next twelve months, providing sports equipment to children with an intellectual disability in Hessen.Crown Germany becomes a sponsor of Special Olympics in Hessen

The aim of the Special Olympics is to promote sporting activities in this children’s life’s to improve their quality of life and increase their integration into society. With this sponsoring Special Olympics will provide sports facilities for children and adults with mental disabilities during one year for training and competitions in 28 Olympic sports  

Officially recognized by the IOC, Special Olympics is the largest sports movement for people with intellectual and multiple disabilities, founded in 1968 in the United States by the Kennedy family. The organization helps to develop people with mental and physical disabilities in their sporting activities, according to their claim: Movement fun way to increase the quality of life.

Crown is delighted to be working with the Special Olympics, as this initiative is aligned with Crown’s CSR values to enhance our relationships with the local community. We’re proudly displaying the certificate that the Special Olympics has issued us for our support. We are very much looking forward to seeing the positive results to the lives of both the adults and children.
