The Mover of the Year Award is presented to the relocation company that best represents Move For Hunger’s spirit of philanthropy and service. Crown Relocations was recognized by Move For Hunger at the International Association of Movers’ annual conference in Orlando.

Since joining Move For Hunger in 2011, Crown Relocations has delivered over 89,000 lbs. of food to food banks all across North America—enough to provide more than 75,000 lifesaving meals to the less fortunate. Movers in the Move For Hunger network actively support their local food banks by urging their customers to donate the non-perishable food items in their pantry or cupboards before the move.

In 2014 alone, Crown Relocations has delivered more than 46,000 lbs. to food banks and hunger relief associations, continuing their outstanding efforts to abolish hunger. Crown Relocations’ strong commitment to hunger relief and international reach was vital to Move For Hunger’s recent expansion into Canada by piloting programs in their Toronto, Vancouver and Calgary offices.
