With immediate effect,
three critical updates have been made to the immigration process for the Philippines.
1. Introduction of Provisional Work Permit ("PWP") All applicants of the AEP seeking employment, must now apply for a PWP.
2. Updated checklist for Consolidated General Application Form ("CGAF") A new checklist is now in place for a variety of visa applications.
3. *47(a)(2) Visa holders New regulations are in place that stop these visa being transferred.
