Lisa Johnson has joined Crown World Mobility's Consulting Services group in the role of Global Practice Leader. She brings to Crown her 18 years of industry experience, including nine years at one of the industry leading firms in global mobility and workforce development support where she was a Director of Consulting Services, and more than four years of independent contract work in thought leadership development, consulting and providing global leadership training. Additionally, prior to joining Crown, she facilitated leadership development programs for the Vice President level at a global financial services company. Johnson's addition to the Crown World Mobility team augments existing expertise in the area of thought leadership. Her articles have been published in numerous industry magazines, including Mobility, Compensation & Benefits Review, and HR Executive.
Johnson has done extensive work in linking mobility to talent management, conducting industry-specific research and leading client-driven consulting engagements. Her most recent research project focused on the impact of the millennial generation on the mobility industry. Additionally, she has brought with her experience in global leadership development, intercultural training and change management initiatives.
Born in Japan, and having lived and worked in Central America and Spain, with frequent business travel in Asia, Latin America and Europe, Johnson will be a great addition to the global-minded Crown World Mobility team experts. She is based in New York, where she lives with her husband and son.
In her free time, Lisa and her family are art enthusiasts and avid FC Barcelona fans.
