The Campaign is offered by Crown Forwarding, Inc. (tax registration number 95-3489805) (“Crown”) on the terms and conditions listed below.
Campaign Period
The Campaign runs from 08th February 2022 (12:01AM) to 08th May 2022 (11:59PM) both dates inclusive, which can be extended by Crown without prior notice.
Eligibility
The Campaign is open exclusively to:
(i) Crown’s customers who have previously completed their relocation with Crown to the United States of America as their destination country, and who have been selected by Crown to participate in the Campaign (“Customers”); and
(ii) The Customer’s friends and/or relatives who are referred to Crown by the Customer through the link provided by Crown (“Referral”) who have a minimum spend in relocation charges equivalent to the minimum value in the table below excluding transit protection charges, customs duties, levies and any other fees or taxes paid/payable to government departments, for the booked relocation services (“Minimum Value”):

(i.e. a move within the United States of America)

(i.e. a move from the United States of America as an origin country to a country outside of the United States of America)

(iii) Both the Customer and the Referral must be at least eighteen (18) years old.
(iv) The following persons are not be eligible and shall be excluded from participating in the Campaign:
(a) Permanent and/or contract employees (“Employees”) of Crown and its affiliates and their immediate family members i.e. spouses, children, parents, brothers and sisters (“Immediate Family Members”);
(b) Employees of any corporate client of Crown and their Immediate Family Members where (i) the corporate client has an existing contract or business arrangement with Crown at the time the relocation services were booked with Crown; and/or (ii) whose relocation is, fully or partially, funded or paid by the corporate client;
(c) Service providers engaged by Crown and its affiliates (including but not limited to advertising agencies, promotion agencies, printing companies and event management agencies), and their Employees and Immediate Family Members.
Participation Criteria
Each Customer will be provided with a unique affiliate link generated by Crown (“Unique Link”), which will remain valid for a period of six (6) months (“Redemption Period”). Customers may then forward their Unique Link to prospective Referrals which will link the Referrals to Crown’s booking form. Crown accepts no responsibility for Unique Links and/or booking forms which are lost, delayed, misdirected, undelivered or incomplete for any reason whatsoever.
· A Customer and/or Referral will only be entitled to the Campaign’s rewards on successful referrals. A successful referral is a referral that:
(i) Completes their booking form via the Unique Link within the Redemption Period;
(ii) Completes their relocation/move with Crown, whether within the United States of America (domestic move) or from the United States of America as the origin country to a country outside of the United States of America (international move), with the Minimum Value and completes all payment obligations to Crown for their relocation/move.
(hereinafter referred to as “Successful Referral”)
· A maximum of five (5) Successful Referrals is allowed per Customer. For the avoidance of doubt, once the maximum of five (5) Successful Referrals per Customer is met, neither the Customer nor the Referral will be entitled to the Campaign Reward for any subsequent Successful Referrals.
Campaign Reward
Crown will review Successful Referrals within 30 days of completion of the Successful Referral. Upon verification of a Successful Referral by Crown, the Customer will receive a confirmation email to collect the Campaign reward.
· Subject to the maximum of five (5) Successful Referrals per Customer, the Customer and Referral will receive the following rewards for each Successful Referral (“Campaign Reward”):

· The Campaign Reward is non-exchangeable, non-transferable, and not redeemable for cash or any other prize.
· The Campaign Reward is provided on an “As Is” basis while stocks last.
· In the event of unavailability of the Campaign Reward, Crown reserves the right to substitute the Campaign Reward with any other gift of similar value at any time without prior notice.
· The Campaign Reward is not exchangeable for cash, credit or kind.
· To the fullest extent permitted by law, there are no, and Crown expressly excludes and disclaims any representations, warranties, or endorsements, express or implied, written or oral, including but not limited to, any warranty of quality, merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose in respect of the Campaign Reward.
· Customers are advised to refer to Amazon’s website in the applicable country for Amazon’s terms and conditions relating to the Amazon voucher. Crown accepts no responsibility for any change to Amazon’s terms and conditions.
General
The Campaign cannot be used in conjunction with any other campaigns, promotions, offers, privileges or discounts, unless otherwise agreed by Crown.
· Crown reserves the right at its absolute discretion to amend, delete or add to any of these Terms & Conditions from time to time without prior notice. In addition, Crown reserves the right at any time to discontinue or suspend this Campaign without prior notice. For the avoidance of doubt, amendment, discontinuance, or suspension by Crown of the Campaign shall not entitle the Customer or Referral to any claim or compensation against Crown for any and all loss or damage suffered or incurred by the Customer or Referral as a direct or indirect result of the act of the amendment, discontinuance or suspension.
· Crown shall not be liable for any damage, loss, liabilities, injury, or disappointment incurred or suffered by Customers or Referrals arising from their participation in the Campaign. Crown further excludes liability for any injury or damage to the Customers or Referrals or any other person’s computer relating to or resulting from participation in or downloading any materials in connection with the Campaign.
· The decision of Crown in all matters relating to the Campaign including but not limited to the eligibility of the Customers or Referrals for the Campaign Reward or in the event of any dispute is final, binding and conclusive. No correspondence, disputes or appeals will be entertained.
· All product names, company names, marks, logos, and symbols or trademarks however appearing on the Campaign Reward are intellectual property belonging to their respective owners and Crown does not hold-out that it is related, associated or that it has any commercial dealings with the said owners nor their licensees other than for the purpose of this Campaign.
· All Customers and Referrals shall be personally responsible for all taxes, rates, government fees or any other charges that may be levied against them under applicable laws, if any, in relation to this Campaign.
· By participating in this Campaign, the Customer and/or Referral shall be deemed to have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms and Conditions stated herein.

· Personal Data
(i) In connection with this Campaign and the management and administration of the Campaign Reward, it is necessary for Crown to collect and process certain personal data relating to the eligible Customers and Referrals. The types of personal data that Crown collects, may include, but is not limited to, such Customers’ and/or Referral’s personal details (such as name, identification details and nationality) and contact details (such as addresses for delivery, email address, phone and fax numbers). Crown shall take reasonable precautions to keep the personal data secure.
(ii) By participating in this Campaign and/or redeeming or accepting the Campaign Rewards, the Customer and Referral consents to the use and processing of his/her personal data in the manner set out in this clause and Crown’s privacy statement. (iii) Any Customer or Referral may withdraw his/her consent at any time and request that Crown stops using his/her personal data for the purposes of this Campaign, in which case the said Customer’s or Referral’s personal data will not be used and the Campaign Reward will not be offered and/or provided to the Customer or Referral.
These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by, and construed in accordance with, the laws of the State of Delaware, United States of America and subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the State of Delaware, United States of America.

Campaign Period
