In December 2013; Crown Johannesburg again took to the roads to collect litter in the local area in Edenvale and Greenstone.
This was the second time in a year that the Johannesburg staff volunteered to play their role to help saving the environment.
Early in the morning, the Crown Records Management and Fine Art vans were ready to depart from the office on the assignment. New areas were covered and despite the inclement weather, Crown Johannesburg still joined together for the quarterly “Chicken Parade” event.
With green waste bags and safety gloves it was time to get to work. The affected areas were quickly tackled and amazingly the three teams managed to collect 21 big bags full of litter.
