You can either pack the items yourself or leave the heavy lifting to us and allow our team of experts to professionally pack it for you to international shipping standards. That way, if your plans change, you’re ready to go!

Once packed, your POD will be transported back to our safe, secure, and fully air-conditioned warehouse for storage. Located in Dubai Investment Park, your POD will be available to you 6 days a week for free – just give us 24 hours’ notice to make it available for you.

As short or long as you need. After the first month, we charge by the day, so you’ll only pay for what you need. Once you’re ready to take your goods out of storage, we’ll deliver them back to you with any applicable delivery charges confirmed in advance.

For safety reasons certain items cannot be stored in our facilities. These include:

1. Food, liquids and perishables

• Alcohol and liquids of any kind

• Food, perishable goods and plants

2. Hazardous, flammable and combustible materials

• Chemicals, radioactive materials and biological agents

• Items that emit fumes, smells or odours

• Flammable liquids and solids, including petrol, acetone, benzene, lighter fluid, solvents, paint thinners, varnishes, nail polish, perfumes, aftershaves, firelighters and certain adhesives

• Poisons and toxic substances, including harmful liquids, solids or gases

3. Gas cylinders and pressurised containers

• Flammable, non-flammable, toxic or compressed gases

• Gas cylinders for camping stoves, including butane, propane, methane and ethane

• Fire extinguishers and scuba tanks

4. Batteries

• Batteries classified as dangerous goods

• Wet or spillable lead-acid and lead-alkaline batteries, including car batteries

• Damaged batteries of any type

5. Weapons, explosives and ignition sources

• Firearms, ammunition, stun guns, CS gas, pepper spray, flick knives and tasers

• Explosives, including fireworks, flares, blasting caps and car airbag components

• Lighters, matches and refills containing flammable liquids or gases, including butane and petrol

6. Illegal, high-value and other unsuitable items

• • Controlled drugs, illegal substances, prohibited items or goods obtained illegally

  • Currency, deeds, securities, gold coins and bars. These are better kept in a bank safe deposit box.

  • Waste, dirt, household or commercial refuse, and toxic, polluted or contaminated goods

Your POD is accessible 6 days a week, between the hours of 9 am and 5 pm. We’ll need 24 hours’ notice to make sure everything is ready for when you arrive at the storage location. Because we provide a comprehensive inventory of the contents of your POD, we’ll always know where everything is, ensuring you don’t have to spend time searching for items.

If you need to access specific items, contact us with the details from your inventory, and we can arrange for the items to be made available for collection or delivered to your location.

Storage PODs can be returned to you within 48 hours.

Accessing your POD at our facility is free, but we require 24 hours’ notice. For deliveries of specific items or the entire POD, standard delivery fees may apply.
