Crown virtual consultations Virtual consultations are a way for our consultants to provide you a detailed service proposal for your move without entering your property. The trained consultant will video call you and itemise what you would like shipped. Through the video call they will also be able to assess any items that need additional protection as well as answer any of your questions. Basic personal hygiene measures are being reinforced among our employees and external service providers to minimize potential influenza transmission. As we continue to prioritise your well being and that of our staff we can also provide you with packing materials in advance. Our staff will be wearing masks and gloves when they drop off and collect your boxes to further reduce any unnecessary contact.
