Payment Terms and Conditions

Payment Terms & Conditions :

  1. The invoice is in effect from the date of rendering of services.
  2. Our estimate is based on the items seen / shown during the survey. Any deletion or addition to those items may result in revision of the charges originally quoted.
  3. Billing will be based on final gross packed volume. Any supplemental services or changes to the service provided could result in a revision of the rates offered.
  4. Surveyed estimate is based on industry 15% variance and additions/deletions may result in revision of rates.
  5. Goods & Service Tax of 18 % shall be levied on the relocation cost mentioned.
  6. Above charges are for a normal working hour shift from 9.00 am to 6.00 pm.
  7. USD 50 per hour will be charged beyond normal working hours.
  8. Should work be scheduled by the client on a Weekend / Public Holiday the following charges will apply (Saturday- USD 250, Sunday – USD 350, Public Holiday- USD 450). USD 50 per hour will be charged beyond normal working hours.
  9. Full payment has to be made as per the terms of payment mentioned on the invoice. Late payment will be charged at an additional rate of 1.5% per month.
  10. Crown Worldwide Pvt Ltd reserves the right to withhold delivery of goods until payment is received.
  11. Our proposal is valid for 30 days from date of issue. In the event of cancellation after confirmation, a fee of USD 300 plus goods & service tax at 18 % will apply.
  12. All business transacted is in accordance to our standard terms & conditions.
  13. In the event of any payment being remitted from overseas towards settlement of an outstanding invoice or part thereof, any levy of tax per local regulations will be the exclusive responsibility of the customer or his company thereon. In other words, Crown India will need to be paid the total amount mentioned in the Invoice(s), net of any such tax or charges.
  14. PAYMENT OPTIONS: Payment can be made Online through Credit Card, Debit Card and Net Banking.
  15. Services once booked are non-cancellable and advances paid stand forfeited.
  16. Refund for service deficiency are subject to documentary evidence. Decisions by management are final.
