Expats in Bangkok often miss salt and vinegar crisps (chips), sunblock, upscale cosmetics and hair products especially for western female. If you are able to find such items, they will be very expensive.

Large sizes are very difficult to find. Many expats have clothes custom-made by a tailor.

You will probably spend some quality time with your credit card, as Thailand's incredibly low prices cause many expats to flex their shopping muscles quite a bit.
