    Crown collect information from our valued customers to facilitate the provision of services they require. We exclusively collect Personal Identifiable Information (PII) when you intentionally provide such details on a voluntary basis or when seeking information about Crown’s services.

    In specific instances, we may also collect passport details and financial information. However, this occurs only when you have explicitly provided consent by signing a written consent form and have availed our relocation or immigration services.


    Crown utilizes diverse methods to collect information. These include electronic channels as well as manual processes. Specifically, we collect information through our websites, forms, and from organic inquiries, such as email and phone calls. Additionally, we may acquire your personal data through an affiliated company that assumes responsibility for the collection and processing of such information on behalf of Crown.

    • Cloud Service Providers. Crown securely stores the personal information it collects from you in one or more encrypted databases hosted in Hong Kong. For emails and related services, Crown relies on established third-party cloud service provider who neither utilize nor have access to your personal data.
    • Qualified Service Providers. Due to the nature of our business, we have collaborated with companies and organization such as Forwarders and Brokers. They play a crucial role in providing services to our customers. Crown transfers personal data to these partners on a need-to-know basis, ensuring that only the necessary information is shared and that they receive no more data than required for service delivery. Crown remains responsible for how your personal information is managed by our Service Partners.
    • Crown Affiliates. Companies within the Crown Group, operating under the same umbrella, are responsible for managing our clients and ensuring an excellent customer service experience.
    • Law Enforcement and Government Agencies. We disclose information only when legally required by applicable laws, regulations, and lawful orders and processes. If you request immigration or cross-border services through Crown, we may need to share your personal information with relevant government agencies. Rest assured that we do so responsibly and in accordance with legal requirements.

    V. TRANSFER OF PERSONAL DATA OUTSIDE THE EUROPEAN ECONOMIC

    The information we collect from you is typically processed in the country or countries where the requested service will be provided. However, there are instances when we may need to transfer data to Crown affiliates located outside the European Economic Area (EEA) for management purposes. Crown ensures that personal data is transferred only with your consent, to fulfill contractual obligations, or to address compelling legitimate interests that do not outweigh your rights and freedoms. Additionally, we utilize GDPR Standard Contractual Clauses with our Service Partners.     Your personal data is stored by Crown on its servers, and on the servers of the cloud-based services Crown engages. Unless your contract or the law provides otherwise, Crown will not retain your data for longer than seven (7) years.

    At Crown, we recognize your rights as our valued data subject under Data Privacy Act of 2012. These rights include:

    • Right to be informed. You have the right to be informed of how and why we collect and process your personal data. This includes details on the purpose of data collection, the parties with whom we share your data, protective measures in place, the retention period, disposal procedures, and any upcoming changes to our data processing practices.
    • Right to Object. You have the right to object to the processing of your personal data, especially when our legitimate interest is the sole basis for such processing. However, it is essential to understand that raising an objection may result in the discontinuation of your Crown service if the processing of personal data is crucial for service delivery.
    • Right to Access. You have the right to request reasonable access to your personal data, subject to Crown’s internal procedures. However, we reserve the right to seek reasonable fees when providing such data if it presents certain challenges due to its volume. Additionally, we may restrict access to linked data that could be confidential, proprietary, or belong to other individuals.
    • Right to Rectification. We strive to maintain accurate records to the best of our ability. In cases where errors or inaccuracies exist in your personal data, we provide mechanisms for you to dispute, rectify, or update it, following Crown’s internal procedures.

    • Right to Data Portability. As a data subject, you have the right to obtain a copy of your personal data or have it transmitted to other entities in a format that is portable and commonly accessible, subject to Crown’s internal procedures.

    X. REVIEW AND UPDATES

    Crown reserve the right to amend, interpret, modify, or withdraw any part of this Data Privacy Policy. Such changes will be communicated by publishing updated content on our websites. Additionally, this policy must be reviewed at least annually.
